At A&D Dynasty Detailing LLC, all services are provided on-site and are non-tangible. Because of this, there are no physical items to return.
Refunds
Due to the nature of auto, truck, and boat detailing services, all sales are final once the service has been completed. We do not offer refunds after a service has been fully performed.
However, customer satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with the results:
• You must notify us before we leave the service location or within 24 hours of service completion
• We will be given the opportunity to inspect the concern and, if appropriate, correct the issue
Refunds will only be considered in rare cases where:
• A service was not performed as agreed, and
• A correction or re-service is not possible
Any approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Pre-existing damage, stains, wear, oxidation, or defects that cannot be fully corrected
• Dissatisfaction based on expectations not aligned with the selected service package
• Services completed as booked and approved on-site
• Weather-related limitations beyond our control
Deposits & Cancellations
Deposits, if required, are non-refundable and are used to secure your appointment time. Please refer to our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for full details.
