Terms & Conditions 

By booking or using services from A&D Dynasty Detailing LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

Services 

A&D Dynasty Detailing LLC provides mobile auto, truck, and boat detailing services at the customer’s requested location. Services are performed based on the selected package and the condition of the vehicle at the time of service. 

Appointments & Access 

Customers are responsible for ensuring: 

• The vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time 

• Adequate space is available to safely perform the service 

• Keys are provided if required 

Delays caused by lack of access may result in additional fees or appointment cancellation. 

Deposits & Payments 

• A deposit may be required to secure an appointment 

• Deposits are non-refundable 

• Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed 

Accepted payment methods will be disclosed at the time of booking. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling 

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made within the time frame outlined in our Cancellation Policy 

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or additional fees 

Service Limitations 

Results may vary depending on vehicle condition. We are not responsible for: 

• Pre-existing damage, scratches, stains, fading, oxidation, or mechanical issues 

• Wear and tear that cannot be corrected through detailing 

• Items left inside the vehicle 

Some imperfections may not be fully removable, and no guarantees are made beyond the scope of the selected service. 

Weather Conditions 

As a mobile service, weather may impact service quality or scheduling. We reserve the right to: 

• Reschedule services due to unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions 

• Modify services when necessary to protect the vehicle and equipment 

Satisfaction & Corrections 

If you are not satisfied: 

• Concerns must be raised before departure or within 24 hours of service completion 

• We must be given the opportunity to inspect and address the concern 

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 

Damage & Liability 

A&D Dynasty Detailing LLC is not liable for: 

• Damage caused by fragile, loose, or aftermarket parts 

• Issues arising from pre-existing vehicle conditions 

• Personal items left in the vehicle 

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. 

Right to Refuse Service 

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to: 

• Unsafe conditions 

• Aggressive or inappropriate behavior 

• Excessive filth, biohazards, or undisclosed conditions 

Changes to Terms 

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
